Beijing 2008
In 2008 I travelled to Beijing to attend an artists residency in a suburb one hour from the centre of town. It was called the Dagachun Art district. It was a new venture and I was invited with two other Australian artists to stay and bring a little of our culture and arts practice to the area. An exhibition resulted from that stay entitled foreign Exchange.
The following images are my photographic impression of that amazing city. I have used a lot of Black and White images as I feel it captures the feel of my travels in a distinct way.Enjoy
